Back in 2023 we won a project to add Security Camera’s, Door Access Control and Networking for a business with a warehouse and yard attached to it. We used 50, 8MP High Definition network cameras to capture views of the entire property, from multiple angles. It is important to cover a property from at least 2 different angles.

Space is usually limited and between, security cameras equipment, access control equipment and network equipment, there was a lot to house. For best use of space we used a rack to neatly house all the various components that were needed for all the different systems. Making it easy to access all the equipment while not consuming too much space.

We took the extra time and care to label both ends of every cable to make any future maintenance as painless as possible. This was not a requirement of the job but we feel that our customers are best served by us thinking off the things they may not know about. We also used different colored cables and orgainized all the cables for easy identification and tracing.

The end result is a clean finished product, that is easy to maintain. The camera views came out great as well, with the entire property covered from multiple angles.

In addition to the screens attached to the main security camera recording units. We added 3 correctly aligned and mounted screens that can be independantly viewed from the back office, so as not to interrupt operations if camera recordings need to be viewed. This is also done for privacy, so that management can view the security footage in private.
